When you make a reservation through our website(s), or per e-mail we process your personal data. This information is necessary to complete your booking, as without your name, and personal details we cannot confirm and manage your booking.
We will notify, and confirm your reservation per e-mail. We could also use your personal data to inform you on essential matters regarding your reservation.
Fierce Residence is responsible for processing your personal data. We have taken appropriate organisational and security measures to protect your personal data against loss or any form of unlawful processing.

We could request the following personal data for different purposes:

Contact details, such as e-mail address, phone number, and private and billing address:

• to arrange and manage the reservation for the selected residence and accommodation requests;
• to manage special requests;
• to monitor your stay;
• to manage payments.

Personal details, such as name and your nationality,

• to improve our services;

Debit, and/or credit card details:

• to guarantee your booking, and to manage payments.

Technical details for devices:

• to arrange and manage services such as WI-FI, TVs, speakers.

Questions

• to receive and collect feedback in order to improve our services and monitor guest experience.

Online payments
Payments made by debit or credit cards are processed by a secure payment provider, who will process your personal data for this specific purpose only.
The payment provider will also check your personal data against your ability to fulfil your payment obligation or fraud. They will use data such as your bank accounts number, expiration date, and country of origin of the credit.
Fierce Residence will not process any personal data for this specific purpose without your consent.

Retention period
The personal data are kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above. The period for which we store your data could depend on the length of your stay. The retention period can therefore differ.

If we receive a request from you to delete your personal data, we will honour your request, unless applicable local laws prohibit us to do so.

Third parties
Fierce Residence will not provide your personal data to third parties unless third parties have requested this to comply with laws and regulations or in the context of legal proceedings or a court order.

Consent and privacy rights
If you have not made a reservation through our website(s), we will not send you marketing related communications (such as newsletters, promotions, service updates) via e-mail, other electronic means, via telephone or per hardcopy mail (such as flyers), unless you have given your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you want to withdraw, please send an email to hello@fierceresidences.com.
Without your consent we are not allowed to process any personal data for other purposes than described in this Privacy Statement.

You can always reach out to us for access to your personal data, or when a change or correction is needed. You are entitled to object the processing of your personal data if we have processed the data for our valid purposes.
